All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or tools.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chanliss@magicfingers.com, and we will assist you.
Certain items, such as “The Magic Helper,” may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to product details for more information.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

All Items Are Shipped Within 24-48 hours
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Magic Fingers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
